Create this brooch/necklace in bead embroidery following the excellent directions or use it as an adjunct to our three part YouTube "Bead Embroidery Essentials" class to learn basic techniques and designer skills for any bead embroidery project. The kit includes the design in full color on non-woven stitching base, cabochons and stones, decorative beads including fire polish, bugles, genuine pearls and crystals, seed beads in multiple sizes/colors/shapes, finishing materials including Ultrasuede/leather (by availability) for backing, pin back finding, thread, needles, eight-page direction set that aligns with the YouTube video class but is more than enough without the videos. This is a great starting point for your bead embroidery journey.

I just got started on the project, and I am enjoying it! Two things I noticed so far: 1) there was only one needle included in the kit; 2) the instruction pamphlet is missing the steps for adding the peyote stitches in Step 1. However, the video is very clear. I love the detailed pics in the pamphlet, and the beads are beautiful. This is my first experience with so detailed a project. Thanks!

I ordered this kit as my first bead embroidery project specifically because I found the video first and was impressed by the quality of the teaching. Am about half way through completing the project. Written and video instructions are very well-done and easy to follow.
