Refund policy

You may return physical items within 30 days of initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ann@annbensonbeading.co. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for sending your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can replace your item or send needed parts at our own expense. We use USPS ground advantage shipping which is insured automatically up to $100. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Downloadable patterns and books are not returnable. All physical items may be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We will refund your purchase price when your return is received and you can apply the refund to the purchase of a new item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've received your approved return item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We sincerely hope you will enjoy our beading and needlepoint products. If not, we will issue a refund within thirty days of purchase on returned unused physical products. Downloadable patterns and books are not returnable.
